Objective: The erection of 7 tri level chalets on sloping block. Each chalet features 3 bedrooms, ensuite to main bedroom on lower level. Living and kitchen feature on 3rd level with views to mountains through large double glazed windows and sliding doors. Each chalet features a large balcony for entertaining.
